Wife of Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator reportedly shot at home

The wife of Kansas City Chiefs offensive coordinator Eric Bieniemy was shot at the couple's home Sunday night, according to ESPN.

The team told ESPN in a statement Monday that it is "aware of the incident involving Eric Bieniemy's family" but did not provide additional details.

ABC News has reached out to the Chiefs for comment.
