Trump says damage to Iran's nuclear sites is 'far below ground level'

Trump said the U.S. attacked three nuclear sites in Iran.

The United States struck three nuclear sites in Iran on Saturday, President Donald Trump announced.

B-2 bombers dropped a number of Massive Ordnance Penetrator bombs -- known as "bunker busters" -- during the U.S. mission over Iran, a U.S. official confirmed.

A number of Tomahawk cruise missiles were also fired at targets inside Iran from a U.S. Navy submarine, the official confirmed.

Following the strikes, Trump addressed the nation, calling it a "spectacular military success."

Iranian army chief warns Israel 'punitive operation will be executed soon'

A "punitive" response for Israel is coming soon, Iran's Army Commander-In-Chief Abdolrahim Mousavi warned Tuesday.

"The operations carried out so far have merely been warnings for deterrence, and a punitive operation will be executed soon," Mousavi said.

"Seriously, a warning is issued to the residents of the occupied territories, especially Tel Aviv and Haifa, to leave these areas for their own safety and not to become victims of Netanyahu’s barbaric actions," he said.

Gabbard says she and Trump are 'on the same page' on Iran

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard told CNN on Tuesday that she and President Donald Trump are "on the same page" on Iran’s nuclear timeline.

Gabbard added that Trump "was saying the same thing that I said in my annual threat assessment back in March. Unfortunately, too many people in the media don't care to actually read what I said."

'We' now have 'total control' over Iran's skies, Trump says

While calling for Iran to surrender, President Donald Trump said in a social media post, "We now have complete and total control of the skies over Iran."

"Iran had good sky trackers and other defensive equipment, and plenty of it, but it doesn’t compare to American made, conceived, and manufactured 'stuff.' Nobody does it better than the good ol’ USA," Trump wrote.

Trump calls for Iran's 'unconditional surrender,' calls Khamenei 'easy target'

President Donald Trump wrote a threatening post on his social media platform saying the U.S. knows where Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is hiding, calling him an "easy target" and calling for Iran's "unconditional surrender."

"We know exactly where the so-called 'Supreme Leader' is hiding," Trump wrote. "He is an easy target, but is safe there -- We are not going to take him out (kill!), at least not for now. But we don’t want missiles shot at civilians, or American soldiers. Our patience is wearing thin."
