President Donald Trump on Sunday pushed Republicans to get behind his taxation bill that will fund his agenda as the self-imposed Fourth of July deadline approaches.

“Great unity in the Republican Party, perhaps unity like we have never seen before. Now let’s get the Great, Big, Beautiful Bill done,” Trump wrote on social media.

Trump addressed the nation on Saturday night after the U.S. carried out airstrikes on Iran's nuclear facility, which he called "a spectacular military success."

Leavitt can not say if Trump will mark Juneteenth

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt was asked if President Donald Trump would mark Juneteenth, the federal holiday marked to remember the end of slavery, on Thursday.

"I’m not tracking his signature on a proclamation today. I know this is a federal holiday. I want to thank all of you for showing up to work. We are certainly here," she responded.

Leavitt pressed for more details on Trump, Iran timetable

ABC News' Mary Bruce asked Leavitt to clarify the president's statement that he would make a decision within the next two weeks.

"Is he saying that if Iran does not come back to the negotiating table within the next two weeks, that the president will strike?" she asked.

"The president is saying that he will make a decision whether or not to go within the next two weeks. It's very clear and direct," Leavitt said.

Bruce followed up asking if the president is seeing any hope for negotiations.

"That's why he said in the statement that I just read for all of you, based on the fact that there's a substantial chance of negotiations that may or may not take place with Iran in the near future, he will make that decision within the next few weeks," Leavitt said.

Trump expects European leaders to tell Iran they cannot have a nuclear weapon: WH

European leaders are expected to hold talks with the Iranians on Friday as the world waits to see what President Donald Trump will decide on the conflict.

"Does the president have any hopes or specific expectations for the talks tomorrow between European foreign secretaries and their Iranian counterpart?" a reporter asked White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt.

"Well, certainly the entire world is on the president's side when it comes to the fact that Iran cannot obtain a nuclear weapon. This is something that pretty much all of humanity, except for the Iranian terrorist regime themselves, agree upon. And so the president expects that Europe will deliver that message directly to the Iranians," she responded.

Leavitt defends repeated '2 weeks' line for foreign negotiations

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt was asked about President Donald Trump's repeated line that foreign peace deals would be revealed in two weeks only for no such announcement to take place.

The press secretary did not answer the question directly, and instead laid blame on the Biden administration for their handling of the situations in the Middle East and Russia-Ukraine conflict.

"Again [Trump] is a peacemaker in chief. He is the peace through strength president. And so if there's a chance for diplomacy, the president's always going to grab it," she said.
