What to expect from Emmys host Nate Bargatze

Comedian Nate Bargatze makes his debut tonight as the host of the Emmys.
Viewers, and the stars in attendance, will be watching to see the approach Bargatze takes to the delicate balance of keeping things lighthearted while also making jokes that will make headlines.
The comedian – dubbed the “nicest man in stand-up” by The Athletic – previously said he wants to make the show “lively and fun” and will keep the jokes focused on himself, the same self-deprecating approach he takes in his stand-up shows.
’The Studio,' 'The Penguin' and 'Severance' are already winners ahead of Emmys
"The Studio," "The Penguin" and "Severance" also won several Emmys at the Creative Arts Emmys.
"The Studio” won nine Emmys, including outstanding production design for a narrative program (half hour), outstanding casting for a comedy series and outstanding cinematography for a series (half hour).
