Tropical Storm Lala forms, forecast to hit Hawaii

Tropical Storm Lala has formed in the Pacific Ocean and is forecast to strengthen, possibly nearing hurricane strength, in the coming days as it approaches the Big Island of Hawaii on Saturday.
